Unlike in a traditional law firm pyramid model, our attorneys are not compensated based upon a hierarchy which places emphases on the amount of time employed at a firm and one's ranking in the firm (i.e. partner, associate, of counsel). Instead, Klintworth & Rozenblat compensates attorneys fairly based upon a percentage of the work performed and of the work brought into the firm. This ensures that attorneys focus on what counts, providing top notch, quality work product to the client, rather than traditional firm politics. Because of our fair compensation structure, attorneys are not bound to bill an enormous amount of hours per year.
